SquashDaddy provides a platform designed to facilitate the management of squash coaching services, including but not limited to scheduling, client management, communication, and payment processing (the "Service").

User Responsibilities and Conduct
As a user of SquashDaddy (whether as a coach or a client), you agree not to:

Coaching Services and Payments
Relationship of Parties
SquashDaddy acts as a platform to connect coaches and clients. SquashDaddy is not a party to any agreement formed between users. The quality, timing, and legality of coaching services are the sole responsibility of the users.
Fees
SquashDaddy may charge fees for access to certain features. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Payment Processing
Payments may be processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). By using these features, you agree to the terms of those third-party providers.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Service—including text, graphics, logos, and software—are the exclusive property of SquashDaddy or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the business interests of SquashDaddy.

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

SquashDaddy reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on the website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
